Pancakes by Coconut Flour

Panckes

Pancakes are such a great weekend breakfast treat. And, it’s great that you don’t have to give them up on a low carb diet.

INGREDIENTS
・1/4 cup coconut flour
・1/8 tsp baking soda
・1/3 – 1/4 cup coconut milk (almond milk,milk etc)
・2 tbsp coconut oil
・3 eggs
・Pinch of salt
・1 tsp of coconut sugar ( Kitul Syrup )
・Coconut oil as appropriate (for baking)

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix coconut flower and baking soda, salt well. -① Milk and coconut oil into a range of bowls and warm it up until the coconut oil melts. -②
Put egg and coconut sugar in the ball of ②well and mix well.
Put ① into ②, use a whisk, mix thoroughly until the condition goes away and the fabric becomes smooth. The fabric that can be made at this time is a cloth of firmness.
I will rest the fabric for about 5 minutes.
Put some coconut oil in a frying pan or hot plate and heat it from low heat to medium heat (about 300 F).
Drop the dough in a frying pan (about 7 cm in diameter) and bake 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Completely after a slightly grilled color is attached.
