CSL operates the country’s busiest and only Inward Cargo processing bonded warehouse for Sea/Air Unaccompanied Personal Baggage located within the Colombo city. This one-stop, one-shop Centralized Baggage Handling and Clearing Complex is located in the heart of the city of Colombo with a branch office in Kandy.
Daily, goods and personal effects of around 300 consignees are cleared and delivered through this centre. Major International on-line carriers use this facility to process, clear and deliver their inbound baggage and cargo. CSL was awarded ISO 9001 – 2000 certificate by a Member of SGS United Kingdom for its Bonded Warehouse and Unaccompanied Baggage Clearing Complex. This is indeed a testimony of the company’s commitment and capacity to maintain high standards of efficiency and reliability. CSL has a network of over 25 cargo agents appointed worldwide to facilitate this operation.
The Kandy office is conveniently located in close proximity to the Kandy town. This centre provides services to the people of Central, North Central and Uva Provinces. Facilities in this location were expanded to include a fully equipped and spacious warehouse complex, Serving around 200 consignees daily.
